Over the past few days I have been sorting through my stash of papers. I came across some eco paper that I got from Jacksons. I had used some a few months back but found it very inconsistent.
I decided to have another go with it. I used Art Spectrum watercolours but sadly the result was not very good.

I found that the fibres were pulling away from the surface of the paper and the finished painting looked very flat and untidy.
Then I did the same image on a piece of Bockingford 190g NOT watercolour paper. The difference was easy to see.
